In this Tutorial I use the CC Rain effect already in available in After Effects, using several layers of rain with varying speeds and focuses.
To reveal the reflection of car on the floor, I used Photoshop for preparing the reflect of car then in After Effects by using the distort effect on the street floor & the roof of the car. This was all done with layers over layers with masking and distortion mesh.

I use the awesome Hair module for cinema 4D, I then did the finish up work through Photoshop.
One of the best things about CINEMA 4D’s HAIR module is that it automatically animates hair for you as your character moves, the wind blows, etc.
CINEMA 4D Studio’s Hair feature can be used to create hair, fur, feathers and more!
